If you could describe the Apalachicola Chocolate & Coffee Company in one word, it would be genuine. Located in the heart of downtown Apalachicola, FL, this shop has an environment that is as unique as it gets.
Kirk Lynch is an avid chocolatier and chef, boasting a 20+ year career across the United States, Virgin Islands, and beyond. Working in countless restaurants, resorts, and other establishments - Kirk moved back to the states in 2016 to raise his son, Hendrix, with his wife, Faith. The Apalachicola Chocolate & Coffee Company was born.
At our shop, we believe everyone deserves to feel at home. That's why you'll find a bit of ours decorated around the shop.

At the Apalachicola Chocolate & Coffee Company, we've got something for everyone. In our kitchen, you'll find us handcrafting assortments of caramels, carefully using proper methods such as temperature control. Our shop is full of artwork collected by Kirk & Faith over the years - some local pieces, and others from around the globe. We strive to provide a positive experience for every individual who walks through our doors.

At our shop, you'll find only the finest of ingredients in our products - like belgium chocolate, native turkish delights; and coffee from South America & Indonesia, with a focus on finding fair trade, simple origin coffee beans.
